Dao is the founder of Quartier Piano School — Montréal’s network of independent piano studios. We all come from the same teaching tradition that owes itself to Chopin, Mindru Katz, Arturo Benedetti Michelangeli, Kendall Taylor, Barry Harris, Yaron Ross, Paul Stewart, Dang Thai Son, Shan Verma, and Rossano Sportiello.
